In the present scenario collectively more money is spent in bottled water as compared to most fancy items like
ipods or at the movie shows. Water which earlier flowed in the rivers only, now in the present century has more
speed and long distances to cover, when it travels in super fast trains and jets and inter space astronaut flights
taking with them their supply of bottled water.
Obviously the first choice is bottled spring water for every one, which could happen by mass production
facilities set up at the sites of spring water sources.
Big Corporation in Bottled Tapwater Trade:
Tapping the commercial avenues of bottled water big corporations of aerated water have also jumped over the
opportunity, but unfortunately they bottle filtered tap water, which some of the ignorant buyers following their
brand loyalty go for just tap water.
Incidentally in a civilized society and flourishing commerce, one industry is related to another industry in a
close knit manner. The transport of a commodity like water is possible to be transported because of cheaper fossil
fuel. The moment it is scarce and become costlier, it shall no longer be possible to transport spring water so
economically.

Bottled spring water is very health and convenient to carry, the way most people carry their lunch boxes at work.
The popularity of bottled spring water is so great that the bottle finds a space on every table at corporate
meetings and meeting of the foreign dignitaries assembling to discuss national issues and water down some times
their hard feelings, which can not be expressed.

high profile emporiums stock and sell bottled spring water along with other merchandise.
Half Century Progression:
If you look the scenario half a century back, there was hardly any sale of spring water and no one bothered to
think of processing of spring water. The past generation most of their life sustained themselves on tap water, but
now they have slowly shifted to bottled spring water. The present generation has obnoxious feeling about tap water
and can not remain without spring water. With so much potential of rising demand after few years, it shall be a
scarce commodity.
Another fact in favor of bottled spring water is that over 16 % of the world population lacks access to drink safe
water. They are in a position to get spring water because along with them there are majority persons, who prefer
spring water to tap water. If out of a compulsion they stop using
spring water, the above mentioned 16 % shall not get water at all because sustaining of spring water industry
depends on the other majority people.
