Spring Water in Bottles

Clear Spring Water:
 
At some spring locations there is a deep water source under the earth crust, from which water gushes out with pressure and water gets collected to form a pond or a lake. The Clear spring water, since its source is from a deep water reservoir under the earth, it is the purest form of water having many minerals in it. The minerals are useful for the good health. 

  
Capacity of Spring Water:

The springs usually have a capacity of yielding more than ten million gallons of water on a daily basis, and have a constant temperature of 47 degrees year round irrespective of surface temperature. The majority of the spring water gets fed into a lake, spread in an area of twenty to thirty acres. Only a fraction this massive water is collected for filling in the bottles and jars. The springs are located at the depth of around 80 feet to 100 feet. The main water source of the springs is around further 1000 deep.

Processing of Spring Water:
The Clear spring water, which is collected for bottling is subjected to filtration through natural limestone bed and the unique filtration system installed to get the final filtered water for filling in bottles and jars. The spring water is given Ozone treatment for sterilizing it. The Ozone content is controlled complying with specified in the international standards. Filled Bottles and Jars are capped and sealed and finally packed in outer cartons.

Minerals in Spring Water:
The Clear spring water has two minerals namely Calcium and Magnesium in a balanced concentration. Magnesium and Calcium are naturally occurring in the spring water, Magnesium keeps the heart healthy and calcium is good for bones. Spring water has pH of 7.5 complying with the FDA standards of pH 6.5 to 8.5.
A State approved laboratory draws samples every day to ensure for bacteria compliance. As a routine the spring water source is annually subjected to in depth analysis for 300 substances is done.
Bottle Washing Treatment:

The bottles are subjected to washing before they are filled. The automatic washer has hot water. A special non reacting soap is used for washing the bottles and jars. The bottles are washed and rinsed with spring water before filling.

Considering the demand of Clear spring water, the water collection rights are contracted to enterprises, which become caretakers of the location maintaining its cleanliness and collecting spring water and fill it in PET Bottles or Refill Jars for further transportation to places where required.
